Tabata Bodyweight Boot Camp
No equipment required for this fun and intense class. All you need is you, a water bottle, a mat and a towel to wipe away the sweat! This class is based around the Tabata protocol, which is 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off timing.
A Flexibility and Stretching class that involves deep breathing and some yoga poses, all while using the TRX. A perfect pairing to the Power Half Hour!
TRX Power Half Hour
A purely strength driven TRX class designed to power your muscles through deliberate movements. All you need is 30 minutes!
TRX/Rip Trainer Fusion
Using your bodyweight and leveraging it against gravity, the TRX class will move you through a total body workout using suspension training. Combine that with the anti-rotational product called the Rip Trainer, and you will have lean muscles and one serious sweat.

Rockout. Workout.™ Pound is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a fitness class.
